27" to 32" VA or IPS for Internet Surfing & Movies

Any recommendation for a 27" to 32" IPS or VA panel for basic internet surfing and movies only?
I saw one Acer EB321HQ 31.5" IPS panel in the price range of RM700 to 800 but most are out of stock. Are there any other alternatives similar price range which gives better clarity and colours? |
