 Maxis Business Line assistance

Hi there,

We have been long time using Maxis Business line for our family company and have no issues. Unfortunately since last year due to Covid and the economy; the business has been struggling really bad to the point of we just want to wind up the company; but we need few more months to cover some outstanding debt. We are trying to cut our operation expense to the minimum; and even struggling to pay the monthly maxis business lines.
We've enquired if there's any assistance or possibility to terminate the contract; however Maxis has been really cold and not caring for businesses during these tough times and mentioned we would need to pay the whole sum of contract which is till end of year.
Is there anyway to resolve this, or transfer these maxis lines to other users? Or even reducing the number of lines?
Maxis seems pretty unhelpful and no compassion in these situations
