Rebadge shj.

SENG was a major distributor for BP back then. After BP sold the petrol station biz to Boustead. SENG lost the exclusive distributorship. Subsequently half of the stations under the group was converted to Caltex, while half stayed with BHP.

Currently they're in the process of converting the stations using Caltex brand to FIVE. Product wise, most probably coming from the refineries in PD lah.

I saw this petrol station once only operated long long time ago. Don’t know why nobody want to run this company. Isn’t it under petronas also?

No. The company behind FIVE, own & operate 200+ petrol stations in Malaysia, some under Caltex label, some under BHP label.

They now want to market their own brand, slowly converting their own stations shj.

Caltex is a world giant. FIVE is just a mosquito.

They should offer electric charging to really become market leader

I think their concern now is to convert all the stations to their branding. Not sure if they have any plan for EV. It's another massive investment for anyone doing this infra because for the first few years, there will be no profit until the adoption rate is high enough.
