Good quality. All Stainless Steel design and robust. But if there is a water cut, then when water returns, there needs to be enough water pressure to pass the filter. Water pressure needed is higher than "others" when compared to my neighbours.

Shouldnt be a problem. My only concern is that there is a rising pump that comes with the house.. the pump pumps water from the ground incoming to the water tank at the highest floor. Can the filters withstand high pressure difference?

Isn't it illegal to put a pump between the mains and water tank?

It's a rising pump. Don't think it's illegal. If any, it's not powerful enough to starve the other neighbours of water given the height the water has to travel
