order gf today around 7 pm...

noticed few restaurant available in signature restaurant, free delivery lists...anyway proceed to order one restaurant near my area (which appeared in app during the time)

but knnccb cannot find driver/ riders...system auto cxl after a while...

think 8 pm should be better, order again from same restaurant...same, can’t find driver/riders. i noticed after 10/15 minutes if app can’t find drivers, customer can cxl the order.

8.30 pm order from another restaurant, put me in queue...10 minutes later only find a rider to pick up my food.

9.40 pm, finish dinner,..check the app, the signature restaurant, free delivery restaurants etc were now mostly back to active status.

look like gf demand still resilience despite no more 50% discount promo during peak hours...hmmm

when restaurant status unavailable..
try self pick up in app...

if can order self pick up means restaurants didn’t change the status to unavailable....no driver/rider to pick up the order is the main cause.
