I cannot get my money back.. they fixed the phone instead.. and now again.
this phone makes the same problem.. guess what? yes.. it crashed agaen 

Yea.. I can tell its the matter of luck.. but its true lorh the 5610 got error in producing..

I have experiences with many nok phone but this is one of the worst model..

The main problem is, the Nokia Care at Imbi KL seems saying that
changing this phone to other model is impossible.. they said that
they only do service and repair..  wait till i saman them ;|
