u have to import all ur contacts from SIM to phone, or u must have the senders name/number in ur phonebook, or u must check if there is any duplicate of the same number in ur contacts

anybody try NSU and get this latest firmware? Coz from what i read most have updated to V 04.81 22-11-07 only.

well, if u read few pages back there are ppl who still have hanging problems eventhough having updated to v04.81. Updating also hopefully will improve the stability, batt life, and minor inconveniences such as the front buttons not lighting up if the slider is closed. I also notice that the phone would not automaticaly update songs after disconnecting the cable and there is always a 'Playlist 1' in the playlist after adding songs which could not be opened nor deleted and would only disappear after updating manually.

i also noticed that the camera is slow in taking pictures as opposed to N70 eventhough both have been set to save in memory card. once u push the camera button after af kicks in, the phone has a lag before the pic gets taken. some users if they dont notice this or in candid moments would miss the opportunity and move the phone before the shot gets registered.

IMO, this phone would be a really solid music phone if these weaknesses can be solved in the coming firmware update.

besides, within the warranty, and assuming full phone backup is done, it is safe enough to update urself or even better if u send to Nokia service center for free updating.

coz i have put in the product code on Nokia Malaysia and it seems that the V06.60 is not yet available for our ori sets

then i realized u said u bought an AP set from a friend, so it may be from Europe or sumthin to have been able to be updated

use mp3tag...its freeware...

Select all ur mp3 from one album and drag it into mp3tag window. then select all of it then right click the picture area too add picture. Then save. done.

but just a tip.....compress and resize ur pictures before applying and saving it as album art. Easiest way to resize and compress picture is Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
