Played around with the phone at Nokia center at Sunway Pyramid today.
My my the phone feels and looks really nice

agreed, realy a nice phone.. especially with music as its focus, someone should give a review how it sound through a good earphone..considering the dedicated audiochip n all... i own an n73 me, except for the speakers (could go very loud w/out cracking), the sounds through the earplugs is not 2 good..

This phone has built in 3.5mm jack right?

nope, 2.5mm i think..the other version, 5310 has a 3.5mm

Any more users care to share about their experiences with this phone? I'm so tempted to buy it and loved it when I played with it for a short while but scared the QC not good. The slider and front slider seems the easiest to break down and its only s40. If only Nokia comes out with a bar phone with all the 5610 functions but s60 and 3.5mm jack. Perfect!

Now S40 lag when pick-up call... cant imagine if S60.. dont know how many sec lag.. but maybe after update firmware should be ok..

I never see real picture for blue colour. supplier always have red colour.. mmm

just got mine yesterday from my cousin... too bad dunno wat my cousin have done so there is no cable... is it possible to buy the cable? btw,have no comment yet since haven really use the phone yet... now looking for the theme... is there any nice place to dl the theme? can use other model theme?

i got it yesterday from a whole sell shop... i think it will b available soon in the phone shop...

I find blue not very nice.. don't have the side blue colour make it look plain

They did not advertise this as much, until recently.

aiyah... i didnt test this phone's audio....

just notice notice just now... when the phone pass a magnet(the magnetic pouch),the keypad lock will unlock... beside tat,during a phone call,when it pass the magnet the phone call b cancel... it there anyway to prevent it?

ho yeah... that is true... the magnet thing.. i think its just my phone.. haha funny... damn.. how to prevent ah? but anyway,, how many times do u have to go through magnet field while having phone calls... problems if u have magnetic pouch la.. so dont use magnetic pouch instead. if there's a call.. when u want to pull the phone out of the pouch, it will cancel the call.. damn....

-i dont experience lag while sms-ing or picking up calls, s40 is a very light OS compared to s60
- u can dload themes at mobile88.com... hundreds of themes available..
-battery is good, can sustain 3 days with light smses and few phone calls
-sound with earphone is ok la. can hear bass here n there and can deaf if tunred to highest volume

how bout the camera?

this phone got problem with my itech clip bluetooth, it will auto disconnects when i am not using it, damn frustruated....

hv you try to pair ur 5610 with other bluetooth headset?
