for LCD, better get bigger size
i know it's expensive but worth it

If u watch DVD a lot, you will appreciate what i meant
for watching ASTRO, the resolution isn't that good
the picture will look not good in LCDWhen u using 29 inches TV right now
it's better to you to get bigger size for LCD
32 LCD look small if u compare to normal flat 29 inched TV
I know the size isn't the same but the look....it's still look small to me

i'm deciding to get bigger than 32 inches coz later, i will not worry anymore about my TV size
the bigger u get, the better
at least 40 inches would be fantastic

just imagine u watching DVD, especially original DVD, it's will be
plus home theatre system, SONY home theatre for example, it would be WOW!!!!

for LCD nowadays, for watching DVD, it would be great
unless Astro will come out with HDTV, then LCD will be like WOW!!!

Astro quality is not HDTV, it's satelite TV
the quality is bad
for watching DVD, playing games, LCD is recommended

Dun buy from toshiba
toshiba quality is so-so laaaa

If wanna buy LCD, 1st choice, of course SONY
then go for SHARP & Samsung
after that LG, PANASONIC etc tec

Actually, i'm no fan boys of SONY, i'm SAMSUNG fan boys to be exact
i hate SONY product actually but i love their after sales services
the last time i got probs with my KTV29 inch, i paid none to all the probs
SONY gave me free of charge including delivery
SONY technician came to my house & return the TV back without asking any payment
that's y i said SONY the best
i said it because not just based on the product but all together with after sales service
that's the important thing if u got any problem with their product
just call them & they will come to your doorstep

Actually i'm looking fwd to buy SAMSUNG LCD42 somewhere next year
but since LG LCD quite impressive, may be i'll stick to both of it

the thing is, we have to remember, if LCD TV got prob, where to turn to?
they can give 5, 10 years warranty but if something happen, where to go man?
5 years warranty is nothing actually, what if after 5 years the item kong?

i asked where i bought it, they said 1 year warranty
my TV got prob 2 years & above after that
still under warranty?What about PC LCD monitor?
IS it good for watching TV/DVD/ASTRO?

the thing with warranty is, when your item got probs
u have to wait few weeks before they fix it
by that time you will be TVless if u dun have extra TV
still, dun sell your old TV when got new LCD

when i buy my LCD in the future
i'll keep my SONY 29"KTV

I'm not home theatre person
i just used normal PC speaker & connected it to my TV set
the sound not that bad BUT i'll appreciate the speakers a lot

I bought the speaker from PC Fair 2,3 years back
only RM99 but the sound, similar to overprice home theatre system

my advise to whom who want to buy home theatre system
try using PC speaker 1st & experience the different

Some shop give you overpriced HT if you notice
believe me, especially SONY products
