i have a toshiba 32a3500e pairing it with the philips dvp5896 which can upscale to 1080p via HDMI. However when i select the hdmi resoluution on the dvd player, the 1080p option is greyed out. Am I right to say that since the Toshiba TV does not accept 1080p signals, therefore this option on the dvd player is not available.

Also the tv says Native Scan Capture at 1080p, what does that mean?
