2k SGD a year can claim for optical / gym / gym equipment purchase / medical check up / anything not covered under company health insurance (even long term medication like hypertension and diabetese all those covered under company insurance).

since i stay in JB, i claim all in Malaysia no issue. so make it RM6k a year

edit : we got separate dental care insurance also. so 1 year can go see sexy amoi doctor wash teeth twice.
my doctor is always Dr.Emily Tan
