I've bought this board, but I'm in exam week till this Friday so I don't have time to use it. I'll give my opinion this Friday when I try it.
For anyone who wants to know what BIOS is good for this mobo, look around at Anandtech forums, there's a long thread about this mobo, what BIOS is stable, and what kind of problem with it

I've used the board for 3 hours now, nothing bad so far. It can overclock the same as Biostar TForce 550, to 2.4GHz 1.4V. Even I reinstalling Windows using overclocked state to test it's stability.
It's pretty stable to me, I've played F.E.A.R, with both the CPU and GPU fully overclocked, no crashing. I won't update the BIOS, since it run pretty stable to me, no reboot overclock failure, nothing that I heard happening to my mobo. I'm pretty happy right now

QUOTE(tachlio @ Nov 3 2007, 12:43 AM) but when u wanan go further, vdimm will be ur limit~ My memory IS the limit, no matter how much volt I give to it it won't reach higher than 750MHz. I don't really care about VDimm to be honest

QUOTE(kalakatu @ Nov 3 2007, 02:30 AM) after all it is still depends on the ram itself..no point getting the motherboard that comes with 3vdimm if we only using the normal value ram, which we cant expect much in its overclockability I'm not aiming high RAM speeds with AM2, especially with integrated memory controller. As long as it fast enough for me to play some games it would be good enough. I don't want to break any records here, I'm done becoming hardcore overclocker

QUOTE(likito @ Nov 3 2007, 07:17 AM) i can stable 433mhz+- at vdmim : 1.95v Good for you then Anyway does CPU-Z reads your chipset as nForce 570 SLI? I've done some research and this mobo DOES use the SLI instead of Ultra. And what BIOS revision do you use? Mine is 1001

QUOTE(jimmydotnet @ Nov 3 2007, 10:08 AM) u all uses value ram or high performance one??? sorry if noob question...recently interested in ocing I use Value RAM, why not? It's the chipset it uses that matters, even some value one have the same overclockability as the high performance one. You just need to know which one This post has been edited by Najmods: Nov 3 2007, 10:12 AM

QUOTE(chaics85 @ Mar 31 2010, 08:48 AM) btw, what does this means.. "Due to Bios ROM size limitation remove LAN PXE ROM and change Crashfree3 to Crashfree2" That means it remove some of the motherboard feature in the BIOS because the BIOS ROM is too small, why does ASUS done that? To make some room to put new CPU microcode to support AM3 CPU of course
