Keyfield is an investment holding company whilst its wholly-owned subsidiaries are principally involved in the chartering of own accommodation work boats and third-party accommodation work boats and provision of related onboard services such as accommodation, catering, housekeeping, laundry and medical support services in Malaysia.

Keyfield's sole associate company is principally involved in chartering of tug boat and marine security related activities.

Shares to be issued/offered :

IPO of up to 89,480,000 ordinary shares in Keyfield ("Shares"), comprising public issue of:

Up to 6,800,000 new Shares made available to the Malaysian Public;

Up to 8,400,000 new Shares made available to eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of Keyfield group of companies;

Up to 35,180,000 new Shares by way of private placement to institutional and selected investors;

and Up to 39,100,000 new Shares by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.

Either keyfield or topmix. Both PAT are good. Will wait for tomorrow ballot’s result for sbh, then see FV each of them before subscibe.

Most ipo proceed to pay off good debt = pay off their vessel namely Keyfield Compassion, Keyfield Commander, Keyfield Grace, Blooming Wisdom, Helms.

No need to wait for 36 months like other ipo for investment, already invested before ipo

Definitely attractive.

90c is nothing... Accurate valuation

0.90cts is very expensive
