Shares to be issued/offered :

IPO comprising the following:

Public issue of 49,000,000 new ordinary shares in Ecomate (“Issue Shares”) made available for application in the following manner:

17,500,000 Issue Shares by the Malaysian public;

8,750,000 Issue Shares by the eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of Ecomate Group;

and 22,750,000 Issue Shares by private placement to selected investors;

and Offer for sale of 38,500,000 existing ordinary shares in Ecomate by way of private placement to selected investors.
