Can anyone help recommend...I have been surveying for own stay for TTDI area, could use some help from the pros here to zero in on which buildings could suit for me.

Not being lazy since I've viewed about 5 buildings already including Kiara Green, Villa Flora, also a few in Mont Kiara. Ceriaan Kiara seems good but the parking sucks. I cannot stand driving up 4 or 5 floors just to park. Also the area is quite high density...not a relaxing atmosphere. Kiara Green I found a bit depressing, the units and the surrounding. Villa Flora is actually pretty good but the price is a bit too high, I guess because of the (almost) prime location.

I'm leaning towards low rise concept since everything becomes simpler and closer to the ground feels more homely for me. Currently also renting low rise. If you could recommend any buildings which fit the budget (800k or below) and preferably low rise....I'd be most appreciative!

you can try look for unit in Mas Kiara Residences, some units are overlooking the greeneries behind. I love it. Ignoring the slight 'abandonment' issue from years ago I still think Mas Kiara is still a good buy.

They have not officially launched. Soon I think? Sizes ranges from 1,300 sqft to 2,200 sqft with indicative price of RM1,100 - but not confirmed. Think you can get some info from Sime Darby's website or alternatively call their sales gallery..
