there is one LEX guy covering my area dbloody jilaka also, package just simply leave hanging on gate, even when there is no space to leave, he would just put it there and chow, barang jatuh from gate he no give a f*ck. and he's a cinakui to boot.

some one need to invent a small door with slide that can put item and slide into a storage box kind of thing for the front gate, the usual postal slot is too small, i wonder can hack it bigger or not.

Normally for J&T, in my experience, they will call first and ask if its okay for them do so.

I think prob depend on the delivery guy also

Edy stopped using their service. If Shopee seller put j&t as courier option only I just search and buy from other shops that offers Poslambat or DHL.
Lambat abit it's fine but at least my parcels arrived and in good condition.

a day b4 it was delivered, receive sms OTP from pos laju.
next fay when deliver, i must present the OTP.

kinda like redeem item at 7-21 if u lazada/shopee delivered it there.

Malaysia got sell any bin to collect parcel. Rain proof and weather proof punya? (Was thinking something like a hook rack facing inside, where they can just drop on it.)

Sometimes they lazy didnt even bother to horn, just campak.

But sometimes when not at home, cannot blame them. They (not J&T) will call and ask me how?

If item is small and not fragile or breakable, I'd just ask them to campak dalam.
