Got my new notebook recently and the first thing i do is to set my itunes. After 8 hang up due to the gapless information loading (i switch it off instead0, i finally get it running...
However, this morning..the damn thing just refuse to work. Each time i launch itunes...it just freeze up. All my songs is store on a external drive and i connect the drive directly to the notebook and not via a usb hub (it does cause a problem if it is thru a usb hub). Any advice anyone on how to solve this. I really hate the vista...it is bringing me a lot of headache.

Reinstall Windows XP will be complicated because the HDD is using SATA port (most likely). Therefore, you will need a SATA driver. Or you can intergrate the driver into your own disc using nLite.
