Just buy canon a550. Great cam. From some reviews f31fd had purple fringes problem outdoors.
Check curiexb flickr account for great outdoor shots using cheap cameras. In the end it depends on the photographer. |

most camera do well outdoor, any compact or prosumer will do. Ofcos prosumer do better, I was using FZ30 with superb result, but gonna sell it soon

depends wat kind of outdoor..most cam is ok...if u wanna bring the camera swimming or wat then the olympus lo

Better get a film camera then. Excellent image quality very high mp
With that budget you could get a film SLR already. |

outdoor day time, any of those cam u listed should be noise free..
if outdoor night time, then maybe the fujis will give u better luck.. |
