My criteria is below:

- Budget RM400k-500k
- walkable distance or linked bridge to mrt/lrt
- Size maybe around 650 square feet, 2 room
- New property instead of subsale
- Preferably freehold

One example is Trion 2 type A but its already sold out, is that anything similar that meets my criteria above and within budget..? I searched a lot but cant find one that fits me. Anyone with good knowledge on this please help me.
