because focus on dead malls better, rent cheaper, space bigger and can reno as they like
and ppl prefer going to dead malls to watch movies, easier to get parking and more tickets available this mall before mco the cinema also doing quite well |

This is in Tropicana city mall, changed name to 3damansara. Used to go there for movies before MCO 1.0.
-movie ticket cheaper compared to big malls eg: 1U, mid valley. -Got plenty of seats -Less crowded -Easy and plenty of parking -Easy access road in and out -just not much choices for restaurants Is the vientnam pho restaurant still there? Long time never been there. Quite delicious their noodle. |

This mall is not too bad la, the GSC, the Daiso, if not mistaken got Jaya Grocers. And Aeon Big. One thing that they are lacking is the number of famous restaurants.
