Have to turn at just the right speed/way to accelerate, too fast it knocks
have to growl but no knock, then it accelerates smoothly

the knocking sound is there because its loose its not a tight fit there is some space

the space allows u to change the direction of the powerball just tap it abit and it'll jump direction

i got mine also.
