1) yes, just the RPM meter. you can add next time its available for RM60. but if u plan to get it future, i advice u get it now. with a rpm meter, if u were to put the powerball in the midst of your friends, everyone will want to break each other's records =D. very good social toy

2) signature are like neon, white leds. techno has a special LCD panel that displays the score and some graphics. but it'll take some getting use to read the displays. try youtube : powerball techno

3) yes you can but you will enter into bulk 3 list first. if anyone from bulk 2 leaves i'll advance the list. worse come to worse u need to wait 1 month or so only

will start after bulk 2 is completed early next month. neon pro neon regular same ball just difference is rpm meter. techno has a built in LCD which scrolls the rpm topspeed across. looks more funky, but needs getting use to to read the score
250hz is the model of the ball. the 250hz actually means the maximum theoretical rotation of the ball per second, meaning 250 rotations per second, or, multiply it by 60 and get 15000rpm (rotations per minute), but its been proven that the ball can actually even reach 16krpm speeds.
