My fiancee also like that. She went to the gynae for a check. They say it is due to the wall thickening or something like that. To alleviate of the pain, she will need to go through a surgery to remove the flesh of her uterus or sth like that. However it isn't permanent and it will grow back after a few years. The only way to permanent rid of this issue is to get pregnant.

For now, she's using painkillers to alleviate the pain.

As per my wife's gynae, this situation is called endometriosis, as shared earlier. Hopefully info shared can create awareness among those who read it and help bring relieve to those who suffer from it.

1. 'Food remedy:
3 inches Lotus root, sliced then boil Chinese red dates (get out the deeds ) for 30 min add a little red sugar to taste.

Reheat for 2nd time on same day

Consume once a week. Every week.. Consistently for long term.
During , before, after bio cycles also can.

2. Acupuncture points massage.. Can learn from Google.

3. Spiritual prayers daily without fail. Example if you're Buddhist, perform chanting on Medicine Buddha Mantra 108 times.. everyday, in front of a glass. or Bottle of water, then drink it.

If other faith, perform prayers or chanting in same way above.
Water absorb energy and heal.
But consistency and strong faith are the keys.

Try a short course of Celebrex (celecoxib),
the second generation antiinflammatory drug,
which you can buy from any pharmacy.

It's not cheap, about $3.50 a capsule, 200 mg.

To save cost, if the pain is not that bad, buy
empty capsules, open up the Celebrex capsule,
and pour about half into the empty capsule, to
give about 100 mg.

(They don't bring in the 100 mg capsule here.)

You could also try the older generation painkillers
as mentioned in these studies -

Ponstan (mefenamic acid)
Naprosyn (naproxen)

However, these may cause gastric troubles,
so take with an antacid , Tagamet/Zantac
or pantoprazole (Controloc).

You can also try resveratrol. Can get from Iherb
or any health food store. Those sold locally here
are too weak, just 20 mg. She will need at least
100 - 200 mg a day.

Chamomile -

You can also see a doctor , who will probably
give her some hormones plus painkillers.

You could try my classmate, Ravichandran, gynecologist in Gleneagles KL.

Try a course of resveratrol, preferably with EGCG.

Others are quercetin, metformin, curcumin, NAC.

" The most studied specific plant-derived bioactive compounds are resveratrol, epigallocatechin-3-gallate, curcumin, puerarin, ginsenosides, xanthohumol, 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol, quercetin, apigenin, carnosic acid, rosmarinic acid,
wogonin, baicalein, parthenolide, andrographolide and cannabinoids, with solid
evidence about their inhibitory activity in experimental endometriosis models. "
