We derive a fair value of RM1.16 based on a 40x PE multiple to its FY22F EPS of 2.9sen. This is highly contingent upon the Group managing to extend it pioneer status however. The IPO is expected to raise approximately RM220.0m from the issuance of 200.0m new shares. Apart from utilising 70.5% of the proceeds for repayment of bank borrowings, 2.8% and 26.7% of the proceeds are allocated for listing expenses as well as acquisitions to be identified, respectively. seems Everybody want to sell after getting the IPO haaa....

the market is so dangerousss nowww...due to GLOOMY POLITICS & very high Covid rate.....over 1,000 counters in BLOODY red
