I brought a low cost landed and the appreciation went up really fast as compared to the low cost flat, which is quite stagnant.

By the way my comments are based on Kuching, Sarawak.

When u bought it?

Nowadays, still got low cost landed?

Yes, still have.. usually poor appearance but the appreciation is better than the medium cost..

As the land title has been issued, there is no mandatory to fulfil the requirement set by the Ministry for buying the unit.

I bought the unit in 2018.. In 2016, i bought a unit of low cost but had to follow the requirement set to buy as title not yet issued.
