as today, i just take back company surface pro 3 (they all upgrade new laptop), so me bring it home.
But i found some weird issue.

1. When i click my surface pro 3 pen (top button), one note pop out than crash.
2. I try to uninstall but Fail cause there is no remove buttons nor anything in control panel.
3. Use powershell to uninstall (Get-AppxPackage *OneNote* | Remove-AppxPackage) Yes it work, even after restart.
4. Here come my issue -> once i click Pen Top button (blue), OneNote will automatically re-install than crash.

any solutions guy ?

Check with your administrator to disable or change the pen function not to call One Note programs.
