Hi,

I wanting to rent a shop and finally found one that is reasonable in price and location, now i have a question, for the tenancy agreement, should it be under the personal name or business name if business is a sole proprietor.

I want to know if there any benefit of doing so under the personal name vs business name i.e (tax, expenses etc)

Its my first time renting a property and would like opinion on this.
