This is rather difficult to comment.

Can you should the overall house plan? Facing direction? Ceiling height? Any ventilation fan?

For natural lighting, you may consider to install a horizontal fixed panel windows at the top.
This will also save the wall space for wall shelves.

For passive ventilation, one or two windows make no difference if the door to the living hall is not closed.
And it's rather difficult to imagine the living hall position in the diagram.

Lastly, your island is too big for the kitchen space.
2'1'' walk way is too cramp to walk comfortably..

2ft walkway is too narrow, your kitchen would be dysfunctional. 3ft is bare minimum for walkway. Why don’t you consider a peninsula instead of an island? You can comfortably fit a 6ft peninsular with the space you have.

This is the best one I think. Only that you might have to reduce the length of the cabinet on the fridge side, so that the distance between the corner of the peninsula and the corner of the fridge is maintained at minimum 3ft.

And you might want to start looking for the bar stool you want to buy, because if you buy wider stool, the spacing between the stool might not be comfortable enough for people to get in and get out. I didn't consider the width of the stool I wanted to buy when designing my kitchen, end up the gap between the stool became barely adequate for people of the size of my and my wife (petite). Might not be enough for bigger guest (meaning they have to move the neighbouring stool to get in, or pull the stool out, get in front of the stool and drag the stool back forward). My peninsular is 1800mm - the "waterfall" thickness and can barely fit the 3 wide stool I bought. I think 6' 6" should be adequate for 3 wide stools. I might have to find new narrower stools in the future.

And another thing. Since you mentioned the Island/Peninsular is to be used as baking station, you might want to maintain the width of the peninsular at 3ft for more workspace, so that you can use both side of the peninsula at the same time. The cabinet underneath the peninsular can maintain at 2ft, and the remaining 1ft is for the countertop overhang. Make sure the overhang is no less than 1ft, otherwise, it would be uncomfortable seating at the peninsula as your knees would be touching the back of the cabinet.

yess sir..that is the idea...island/peninsula 3feet wide and 1ft overhand to slide the stool as well...i saw big tile 6'x3' just now....pattern like granite..can use that for all my countertop since budget is limited..

another thing..SPC flooring i might want to install instead of tiles
