Sure no need any agent. Just find a reputable lawyer / well experience one.

I bought my house direct from owner. We just appoint our own lawyer. Then money talks. thumbsup.gif

Definitely. You pay them right? A good one should be well versed with the hurdles of selling / buying a house. Dealing with city council, district land, banks, TNB, Air Selangor, Indah Water etc can be a big pain in the a!s. sweat.gif

One example, my house TNB, water, MBSA still under previous owner name sweat.gif . Our lawyer already submitted all forms multiple time, still nothing (that was 16 years ago). At the end I told my layer, forget about it, I'll pay my due bills accordingly. Hahaha
