I am looking for some suggestions.

Basically I have some very old diaries that are starting the fade due to the quality of the paper of the era as some of them are pre 1900s.

The handwriting on them is a bit difficult to read as it makes doctor's handwriting more legible by comparison.

Is there anything I could buy to digitise the image and also convert the writings into a MS Word or *.txt format as I would like to use some of the contents to publish a memoir.
