Hi Sifus,

Currently looking to buy a sub sales house around 565k, not first time buyer.

What are the additional charges need to prepare (Stamp Duty, MOT, legal fee etc) other than DP 10%.

SPA - SPA legal fees, SPA Stamp Duty, SPA disbursement fees
Loan Agreement (if applicable) - Loan legal fees, Loan Stamp duty, loan disbursement fees, Valuation fees (some banks might not require it)

if high rise or strata titled property - Utilities deposit, security deposit, advanced management fees

If you are taking loan from bank, you need to pay stamp duty for loan agreement & legal fees for loan.
