We do tell them but they won't hear it, right?
I actually agree about mirage3d's suggestion to make sub-forum for this kind of discussion, hopefully they will hear us biggrin.gif

you guys don't get it.
no one at Apple is bothered about forums
that's mainly cos most of the people here aren't certified to fix it. Its a little like your car mechanic and you. if you complain it makes a squeaking noise, you think its the absorber, the mechanic doesn't always take your word for it. if you guys are serious, write a letter, get multiple signatures and send it to them. put the letter up on your blog. at least that is better. don't expect the forum here, or anywhere else to make a difference ...
