Hi guys

First home buyer here. I am probably getting the keys to my condo end of this month, so I am looking for contacts of interior design or contractor company that provides 1 stop solution where they provide the services below:
- Door relocation (to maximize built in wardrobe space)
- Built-in wardrobe
- half wall half glass partition for my study room
- AC relocation & AC installation
- Lights & ceiling fans installation (including placement of the lights & ceiling fans)
- Power points installation

I roughly know how I want the design to be for my unit. I would just need advice on how to maximize the space utilisation (probably squeeze in some more storage without looking packed?) and advice on lighting & ceiling fan placements and choices. Most importantly, I would need someone to coordinate the project to ensure everything is completed on time.

Do you guys have anyone good to recommend?

1. It's not recommended to take the one size fit all developer package. Many have regretted as the quality is 13 months. Warranty is 12 mos.
2. One size fit all (single point of contact) with good quality - hire an ID firm - price also include project management fees.

Because whilst a pilot may be very good at flying planes, if he is not well trained in ground operations, he can flip the baggage truck over within 10 mins.
Same goes to contractors.

Not to mention, there have been many idiotas (wannabe faux electricians) who mishandle wiring work (electrical).
3. To maximise your budget and how far it can go, appoint the right specialists for the right job will be less hassle.

General contractor
- Door relocation (to maximize built in wardrobe space)

Electrician
- Hacking can be done by gen con
- Power points installation
- Lights & ceiling fans installation (including placement of the lights & ceiling fans)
- Prepare site of new AC IDU point and IDU-ODU power connection.

Aircon installer
- Hacking for the new pipe run can also be done by gen con
- AC relocation & AC installation by AC installer. There is some trick to collecting up the existing gas in the pipes back into the AC unit and then need to vacuum out the pipe before extending to new spot.

Kitcab/wardrobe folks
- Built-in wardrobe

Shower screen folks (tempered glass)
- half wall half glass partition for my study room

Thank you so much for your input. Will take this into my consideration.
