1) Closer to LRT (practically doorstep)
2) Units tend to be smaller (largest only 1k+)
3) Low density (361 units)
4) Already building, supposed to complete 2024
5) Somewhat unknown developer in Malaysia (previous projects are Parc Etsa and Leedon Green, both in Singapore)
Artessa:
1) Slightly further @ 500m away from Sri Rampai, but covered walkway
2) Units are big (1.1k to 1.3k) meant for families
3) Slightly higher density (468 units)
4) Still in pre-launch
5) Sunway branding

They cater to slightly different clientele, so depends on your reason for buying. If rental I'll say Quinn better, closer to LRT is always a great selling point, and smaller units are easier to rent out.
