Just booked type A last weekend. But enter loan with higher price for type B dualkey. Heard from SA, some type B might be available due to either loan rejected or cancelled
As long secure the loan can slot in type B that will be available. If not i have to fight to get refund 😅
Price as calculated after discount+rebate (bumi)
Tower A2 Type A = 550 per sqft Type B = 532 per sqft (based on lvl 26 price)
Is this a good deal ? As most new nearby projects close to 600 psqft but leasehold some more. Also got private owner group already?
