New homeowner (condo) so this is my first time. I went to TNB and applied electricity, the status said today meter installed and application completed, but I went to the premise to try and connect a phone charger but it's not working.
Do I need to call TNB again or is this something the management needs to flip somewhat? I think there's a locked room called "Elec Riser" on every floor.

Ask management flip the switch for your unit supply. (Including floor master MCB) Connected doesn't mean fully activated to unit Secondly, use a lamp to test.. phones are cheap nowadays it seems in case some idiota wire up phase to phase wrongly, it becomes 415V instead of 230V typical (under normal condition phase to neutral) This post has been edited by ceo684: Mar 10 2021, 09:32 PM
