Bank valuation report

Hi, I want to know whether if I purchase the house and already obtain official site valuation, bank already disburse loan, will bank/ valuation firm provide me with the valuation report? I paid RM1014 for the report but never gotten any black and white report.

they should have sent u a copy, just call the valuer and get a copy if u didnt
