how do you manage wires ?

i have a single WLAN coming from router placed at living room going through the bedroom at back.
how to nicely manage this wire? when i was bachelor i used to just taped it with brown adhesive tape. but since now own home and have kids need proper management. i need some idea. thank you |

Get LAN cable in a similar color as wall paint/ceiling colour. Stick it using glue gun at every 10inches one dot at the highest point of the wall ie the part next to ceiling.
