My current rented unit owner owed management fees about 12k since I first moved in the unit. First 3 days moved in, management threatened to cut water. Not sure owner discussed what with the management, end up owner come in the unit and adjust the water volume by himself.
After 8months of staying in this unit with numerous letter from MBPJ red letter on Cukai Pintu, now my access card enter to the building is believed terminated by management.
Taken the access cards to management office and they claim these cards are not issued from them because cards does not have the residence logo. Showed them with the unit utilities bill and management office not willing to liaise with me. Had to call owner and owner keep saying he already gao dim all the things with the management office and asked me to try to access again.. still same thing.. I have to keep ask security to open for me.
Just to ask if my tenancy with the owner so miserable, is that possible to terminate the agreement earlier and get my deposit back? Since the tenancy agreement already mention it's owner responsibility to take care the maintenance fees.
I doubt the owner will easily return my deposit, what are the legal way to ensure he return my deposit if the early termination is possible?
