 Early Tenancy Termination

My current rented unit owner owed management fees about 12k since I first moved in the unit. First 3 days moved in, management threatened to cut water. Not sure owner discussed what with the management, end up owner come in the unit and adjust the water volume by himself.

After 8months of staying in this unit with numerous letter from MBPJ red letter on Cukai Pintu, now my access card enter to the building is believed terminated by management.

Taken the access cards to management office and they claim these cards are not issued from them because cards does not have the residence logo. Showed them with the unit utilities bill and management office not willing to liaise with me. Had to call owner and owner keep saying he already gao dim all the things with the management office and asked me to try to access again.. still same thing.. I have to keep ask security to open for me.

Just to ask if my tenancy with the owner so miserable, is that possible to terminate the agreement earlier and get my deposit back? Since the tenancy agreement already mention it's owner responsibility to take care the maintenance fees.

I doubt the owner will easily return my deposit, what are the legal way to ensure he return my deposit if the early termination is possible?

Owner curi kaotim with insider from management or jmb. Happen all the time , maintenance ppl always find lubang to make money help will all kind of things curi rent out parking space , jadi property agent rent unit out , curi insert RFID card number to system etc.

It's actually very bad. Today I took lift down saw got agent bring others come to see unit, I also feel want to ask them not to rent already LOL.

Worst choice I will only not paying rental from May onward since the agreement is finishing on end June. As a tenant, I no doubt to myself I'm paying rental and settle all used utilities bill promptly. I just feel very annoying and I'm not going to pay the utilities and let it offset from the deposit.

My place got a unit Infront of me hutang 16k and tenant still can in and out freely. Many of the owner don't know maintenance ppl offer Thier tenant lower rent at same building , I start to think Thier main job is not Thier main income dy lol. Next time when u want rent a condo check if maintenance fee got paid to date or not else pening only

If want to check, easiest way is to look at their notice board. Most condos, if not all, always display the monthly outstanding owing to them by owners on their notice board.
