Anyone looking for bridal make up artist? I have a RM500 booking deposit with Angie Makeup & Hair, unfortunately they're not available our actual day. I had to postpone from the original booking date because of the whole MCO situation .. I requested for refund but she insisted that it's a company policy and they have a do not make refunds. ( I thought that she could be more understanding considering the whole COVID situation that we are facing now but sigh)
I now can only transfer the booking to someone else. 😢

But if their fault at the 1st place, why cannot refund? Unless you book already and then only set the actual date with them.

That's what i thought too. I placed deposit with a confirmed date where she's available. Then because of this covid and no interstate travel and all so had to postpone further to year end. Her PA replied me that she's unavailable on the new date and their no refund policies. I've discussed with her PA several times and end up not replying me anymore ((((

U really need someone to take up your place.
Why don't you put up your previous actually date in your first post?
At least people will know whether your previous actual date match their time.
