got a working mac 10.5.2 on my pc and spec as in my sig.
installed from iATkos i1.0r2 (10.5.1) then use kalway 10.5.2 combo update >kalway 10.5.2 kernal patch > leopard graphic update and edit the kext for NVinject to match my 8800GT, everything working fine and i use dlink G122 usb wifi(using ralink RT2500 drivers) to get online.

now minor prob i got is when i click the "Detect monitor" or try and change to other resolution on the display propeties thr whole screen goes blank blue color. then need to reset pc. is it i need to reinstall again the NVinject by john(from insanlymac forum) or any thing i can do?

thats most probably the iso/ image of ur installer disc corrupted.. try md5 check it or re-download

to save alot of hassles.. each os on its own hdd, install leopard on mbr partition .. done deal. i use vista boot pro to add the entry to my vista bootloader.

wait apple drop price? soon will lik G4 now , snow leopard dropping support powerPC.. unless u stick to 10.5 or tiger okla.

get an laptop with intel cpu with sse3 and a gma950 at least u can hav a QE/CI working. if u can get a Core series cpu then vanila kernal shouldnt be a prob..

after u upgrade to 10.5.4 make sure u dun reboot and replace back ur old kernal and fix permission. if u using vanila kernal shouldnt be a prob u straight restart. guess u gotta reinstall again ..i hav no other idea. for u lan google "attansic lan insanelymac" seeu got any result if not maybe u can check those lan cards compatible with leopard at wiki.osx86project.org

tats incorrect.. some DVD ads 4.7 and sometime it really has 4.7GB but some cheap 1 only able to burn 4.3GB
so far leo4all i burnt into a 4.3GB o problem.. unless u wan apple untouch flat image leopard then u need dual layer which costs around 10 bucks per piece. sweat.gif

true leo4all quite good.. plus kalway 10.5.3 combo updater + kernal update its flawless.
for the dvd i burn with max speed lol.. so far no prob.. better go 4x la

Dell 1390 wifi card can be easilly found on ebay. i bought one before for friend. currently thinking to build a mac pro project. i7 based hackintosh. still finding the suitable mobo.
