i just installed iDeneb v10.5.6 to my desktop, everything running fine.

one prob came up, when i try to install firefox (it's a .dmg) file, my machine will ask me to restart like the screenshot below. after i restart nothing is install.

It's could be the permission problem. Try to repair permission on Disk Utility and make sure the System.kext is identical to the kernel that you use. If you use Voodoo 10.5.5, then please use 10.5.5 System.kext etc..

ya my bad, i found my mistake while installing.

is the Voodoo kernel prob.

everything is fine now & i enjoy osx very much wub.gif

BTW for the p35-DQ6 what install are you using?Retail? Distro? Bootloader? If possible could u share your custom kext here. Im sure a lot of users here have the gigabyte p35 board. Seems to be quite a common board nowadays.

the 8800GTS in my current setup is dead, i'm thinking changing it to HD 5670, may i know does the card support hackintosh?

currently i'm running iDeneb 10.5.7

May I know which usb bluetooth dongle should I get?
