hehe manage to get it working on VMWare. just wanna try it before getting a real one (after Apple release MAc OS X)

you can use VMWare, a OS virtualization software to install os x on top of window

recently acquired new toy...



CF to SATA converter paired with 16gb CF (used to use for my DSLR but i feel it is too big so gonna make full use of it )

and also intel atom dual core HTPC. gonna test it on my HTPC by installing osx86 on it

which distro shall i go for intel atom with intel 945 chipset?

its been some time since i am into Hackintosh

am running it on ubuntu right now but might give osx86 a try just for fun

i could just swipe the CF card and test i have a lot to spare

of course it will dual boot with windows. while main function will be on windows, the osx86 project is just a mere experiment. Will try to convert ubuntu into one media centre if i have chance.

currently my sis is using it as her main pc due to some problems with her pc.

I just need to know what distro shall i invest on

i will be digging into this guide this weekend hopefully. all the drivers are packaged there so i guess i need not to worry but i will need to find a retail version of mac os x

Finally got my time to try out hackintosh on my sis' Intel Atom Dual Core rig



its so easy to install hackintosh nowadays (provided you can find all the drivers) compared to few years back
