I'm using JaS 10.4.8 now, and it installed well except for the audio driver (soundmax) and the resolution stuck at 1024x768 and my LCD is 17" so looks a little bit blur. Any way to increase my resolution to.. erm let say 1280x1024? My graphic card is ATI 9250.. Oh and yes, the audio!
The audio, you can try this.
http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=15555For your gc, it kinda old and hard to enable CI/QE. You can try the old method to force to change the resolution. Before you boot to Osx86, press F8 and type "Graphics Mode"="1280x1024x32@85". If it works for you, then you can mess up with the boot plist. Go to /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist Copy the file to desktop and open that file using text editor.
Add this two lines:
CODE
<key>Graphics Mode</key>
<string>1280x1024x32@85</string>
Save the file and paste to that directory again. Repair permission via diskutility. Remember, try the first step before you mess up with the boot plist.
