Alot of them I know told me they just use Msia as stepping stone before moving to Singapore or to other countries... they cant afford to get visa to those higher requirement places, so earn money and experience in Msia first. Yes, very true. Most Indian IT Professionals which are very good tend to get accepted in western countries e.g. US, Europe, Aust/NZ. This left those average IT professionals which doesn't meet the cut to migrate to western countries, they choose either Msia / Sg due the ease of entry and also they get to work with big name companies. After a few years they will plan to migrate to Aust/NZ which will be much more easier given their long experience with well known companies here in Msia/Sg.
