Hello, I`m going to be a dad soon. My wife is in weeks 30 now.
My worry is, unlike if in Malaysia where there is families/friends near can help if some trouble (postnatal depression etc) happen. In overseas, we only have each other, furthermore i dont have parental leave as I just change job, so that leave my wife alone with baby during work time.
So, any advice in term of preparation? (Mental or physical)
Now MCO we also raise baby alone + WFH. Family nearby but different state so cannot get help. As a father, support your wife. Learn about how to bath baby, how to change diaper, how to breastfeed (if your wife want to breastfeed baby), help with chores after work etc.
