I just ported from DiGi to Celcom 1.5 months ago, and NEVER successful to reload via topup card/receipt. NEVER ..everytime will FAIL and i will need to call the stupid customer service which will verify my number thousand times like wtf for..

and since then i only prefer to reload with jcwy. always there for me one..haha..and very2 fast too! wuhuuuuu...
