Would like to know, is it good to take folic acid 5mg during pregnancy from beginning?

Or when suppose to take it?

you are suppose to take it before to prepare and during pregnancy to avoid birth defects...

if its given by clinics those small little yellowish pills, if not mistaken 1 a day... unless advice otherwise by doctor

Over the internet medical websites, the recommended dosage is 400mcg aday and not more than 1000mcg or will cause autism. So i let my wifey take Blackmore supplement of 200mcg x2 times aday. But when we told our doctor/s they seemed surprised that the folic acid dossage my wifey took is only 400mcg and issued a 5000mcg (5mg) daily.

Kalau cell telur kau kurang memberangsangkan, tambah zinc, vit D. Paling senang ambil surbex zinc b plus + D calcium.

Dah preggo ambil pregnancy multivit and eat real food, exercise regularly.
