that's why i am looking for it, i found it in www.apple.com.my They are base in Taiwan ans ShenZen. Hong Kong is Selling this at 300HKD that's about RM150... But if you look at the web is about RM50 here!!! however best if there's someone selling in Malaysia as i dun like to go through the Hassle to do shipment and all...

so it can change my macbook to any color?

i've only found the clear case no color....selling in all it hypermarket lowyat plaza. the new cycom shop in berjaya times square also has a few in stock...

price rm69 if i remember correctly...

I worried about heat though. My Macbook is already running average 60 degrees Celsius currently without any case....

I'll check out the 2 places mentioned below. Could use the cover. My top is getting scratched already, somehow. About heat, I don't think heat is dissipated through the lid rite? AFAIK the lid is where they put the Wifi antenna.

I've got one from the day 1 I had my MB, u can get it from the IT hypermart in lowyat but I can't remember the name, the one that is the floor below Thundermatch or PJ sect 14 IT mart on the top floor or MacCity in Amcorp or MicroHouse in Mid Valley. Colors depends on stocks. It's quite easy to snap on and off. I think it does not obstruct heat ventilation but even if it does it's just slightly and given that yr MB has full protection over scratches it's worth it. BTW i got mine at RM130.00 and it's being sold much cheaper now. As for the heat there's nothing that u can do about it except blowing with a fan, and forget about the Notepal..............hope this helps

I got mine at MacCity in AmCorp Mall. Can't remember the price though. But I took it out because it's a little heavy and it's just too thick.

Anyone knows if they've one for 15" MBP? Went to S'pore last weekend, they've the Speck for S$89. Still a bit expensive.. so, didn't get it .. my cheappy ;D

maccity in cineleisure sells this crystal case for RM120. Not speck though, but exactly like in the pics in the 1st post

our store do have this, but it's kind of expensive

You can find a clear coloured one and a solid black one in CG Computers, Penang.

They have a lot of stocks there.

Guess got it from the wrong store, RM138 for MBP/Red .. Been looking for it for ages .. Bought a keyboard shield too .. errr.. my MBP is a UK version .. so they sheild .. does not fitting that well.. but owell, its alright..

can i also recommend using a clear plastic laptop skin, you can go for a design one if you want. it's slightly more expensive but it doesn't add any more weight to ur laptop & is very useful to avoid scratches or dirt...

btw... saw tat casing in machines KLCC yesterday nite

macbook's is either 129 or 139...

n they got a fw colours to choose with

Jerry, I've no idea if you could get other alternative... speck is the first and some other smaller companies from China copied the design as always.

This particular crystal cover selling at MacStudio LYP around RM80, but I got myself Speck SeeThru ( http://www.speckproducts.com/products/seethru/13-macbook/24 ) for RM128 with a little discount just because I bought myself iPod nano.

Recommended add-on to your MB, well protected and hassle-free. I rate 4.5/5 for this stuff.

i read some reviews on the speck crystal case, they say the case scratches the macbook. Did u guys check ur macbook whether it was scratched ? And some say the scratch are quite bad

there is no scratches on my red hot chili macbook ... no worries...
